It's not a Joe Wicks style follow along workout while I watch you do burpees in your living room. Its so much more.

My job is to ensure we set our sights on the target, devise a plan to get there and then support you to ensure you get there while giving you all the tools and advice you need along the way.

Basecamp
For those who are serious about their goals and want to really push their limits.
A bespoke training program is tailored specifically to your unique goals, fitness level, and the demands of your favourite activities, whether it’s mountaineering, trail running, hiking or climbing.
Each weekly check in is more in depth with form feedback and a monthly call to discuss progress and planning.
This personalised approach ensures that every workout is purposeful, targeting the exact areas you need to strengthen, so you can conquer your next adventure with confidence and peak performance.

The Basecamp Program was designed as a 'Base' strength, fitness and injury pre-hab training program to build a solid foundation for progress towards your goals.
Aimed at those with minimal experience following a structured program, this can be followed by beginners or seasoned adventurers.
To do this, we have broken the program down into 4 phases.
In phase 1 we'll be mostly using fixed machines for strength, to ensure we're building good movement patterns that are supported by the machines in the correct plane of motion. This means we can really dial in on the muscle using rep ranges needed, without the worry of form being compromised to much with a lack of stability. The cardio focus will be building up to a 10k run along with familiarising you with some other cardio based machines such as the rower, assault bike and ski ERG.
In phase 2, we'll start to add in more barbells, dumbells and start to look into building more stability into the joints, aswell as the muscles themselves. More will be explained on this as we enter phase 2.
Phase 3 will include more unilateral work (single arm or single leg) to again, challenge stability and movement patterns, to not only have a strong body, but a more resilient injury resistance body too.
Phase 4 will be a combination of everything we have built up over the whole program, really dialling in on the intensity and turning things up a notch now we know your body has become 'Ready for anything'

Basecamp - Minimal Equipment
This is a 3 month program is designed with home workouts in mind.
For those who might not be confident enough to join a gym yet or perhaps short on time.
This program is focused around bodyweight movements, building up your running and strength training using a kettlebell & suspension trainer.

All of the programs include daily WhatsApp support when needed, in depth weekly check ins, lifestyle targets and nutrition advice.
My goal is to set you up with EVERYTHING that you need to be able to reach your goals and support you every step of the way.
None of the programs have contracts. Meaning you can cancel anytime, no questions asked. It's my job to get you the best possible results so you want to stay.
Individual Coaching clients get any of my hiking, scrambling or gorge walking events included completely free.
Basecamp clients also receive 50% off any of my hiking, scrambling or gorge walking events.
