As cheesy as it sounds. It's true.
I've had, like most, a lot of circumstances and events happen in my life that have opened my eyes to both how fragile and resilient humans can be.
My dad falling out of bed one night, paralysed from the neck down.
My best friend and cousin losing his battle with mental health.
Those moments changed me. They made me realise that life doesn't wait for you to be ready—it just happens. And you get to choose what you do with the time you have.
So I chose to stop wasting mine.
I've spent years in the mountains, run marathons, and trained for adventures that scared me as much as they excited me. I've learned how to build a body and mindset that let me say yes to life.
That's what I want for you.
