IN-PERSON
PERSONAL TRAINING
SOME THINGS YOU CAN'T LEARN THROUGH A SCREEN
Hands-on coaching for the details that actually move the needle—technique, movement, and training built around your body.
Just you and 17 years of experience in the room.
Location: CrossFit Widnes

You're Training Hard.
But Something's Not Clicking.
Maybe you're not sure your form is right. Maybe an old injury keeps flaring up. Maybe you've got a specific goal—a summit, a race, a comeback—and generic programming isn't cutting it.
This is where in-person coaching earns its place. When the movement itself is the thing holding you back, you need someone in the room. Watching. Adjusting. Catching the small things a screen never will.
No guesswork. No bad habits baking in. Just eyes on you, in real time.

What in-person actually gives you
The Difference Being In The Room Makes
Technique, dialled in
Every rep watched and corrected on the spot. We fix the small faults before they become big problems—so you train harder, safer, and get more from every session.
Movement first
Before we load anything, we make sure you move well. This is coaching for how your body actually works, not just how much you can lift.
Built around injuries
Coming back from something, or training around it? I work with your body, not against it. We build strength where you need it and confidence in movements you've been avoiding.
Specific goals, specific plans
Got a target that matters? A peak, an event, a milestone? In-person work lets us zero in on exactly what it takes to get you there.

What's in a session
Every Session Includes
-
One-to-one coaching, fully focused on you
-
Hands-on technique and form correction
-
Movement assessment woven into your training
-
A plan that progresses week to week
-
Honest feedback—I'll tell you what's working and what isn't
This isn't someone counting your reps from across the gym. It's proper coaching.

Go Deeper (Optional Extras)
Want more than the standard session? I can bring in tools most PTs simply can't offer:
-
Altitude training — train your body to do more with less oxygen
-
VO2 max testing — know your real engine, not a guess
-
Movement assessments — a full breakdown of how your body moves
-
Metabolic rate testing — actual numbers to build your nutrition and training around
Add-ons are booked separately—ask me what's right for your goals.

"All the guesswork has been taken out of the equation, and all I have to do is show up and do the work. The plans Chris creates are constantly progressing and pushing me to get better each week. If you want to start progressing again and actually enjoying the gym, I can't recommend him enough."
