The 4 Phases

Phase 1
We’ll primarily use fixed resistance machines for strength work to help you build solid movement patterns in a controlled plane of motion. This allows you to effectively target each muscle group within the appropriate rep ranges, without stability becoming a limiting factor or compromising form.
Alongside this, the cardio focus will be on progressively building you up to a 10k run, while also introducing and developing confidence on a variety of conditioning tools such as the rower, assault bike, and SkiErg.
Phase 2
We’ll begin to introduce more barbells and dumbbells, focusing on building greater stability in both the joints and the muscles themselves. This will be explained in more detail as we move into Phase 2.
Phase 3
This phase will include more unilateral work (single-arm and single-leg exercises) to further challenge stability and movement patterns. The goal is not only to build strength, but also to develop a more resilient, injury-resistant body.
Phase 4
Phase 4 will combine everything we’ve built throughout the program, with a greater focus on intensity and progression. At this stage, we’ll be turning things up a notch, now that your body is well prepared and ready for anything.

I send your program to a training app. You log your workouts, send me videos for form checks, and we communicate via messaging.
Yes, the Basecamp Program requires gym access. But if you'd prefer to train at home or with minimal equipment, I can create a completely bespoke program tailored to what you have. Check out the 1:1 Online Coaching for fully customized options.
The program is designed for 5 training sessions per week, plus 2 rest days focused on mobility, recovery work, sauna, and active rest.
But life happens—and the program is flexible. If you can only train 3-4 days one week, we'll adjust. If you need to move sessions around your schedule, that's fine too. The structure is there to guide you, not box you in.

No problem. Online coaching is flexible so there are no time constraints.
Yes. Basecamp is built as a foundation program for outdoor athletes and adventurers—so the training naturally supports climbing, hiking, trail running, and mountaineering.
The program itself is structured and progressive, not fully customised like 1:1 coaching. If you need something tweaked to fit a particular objective, we'll work it in where we can.
The whole program is 12 months. There's no fixed minimum, but real results take time. Most people see the best progress after a few months of consistent work.
