I came from a competitive fighting background, always trained hard, always worked out, spent a little time with the Royal Marines and never thought i needed a PT or someone to hold my hand in the gym. Never mind an online one that couldn’t physically be there to check on me. - But I couldn’t have been any more wrong… What a difference Chris has made! All the guesswork and number work has been taken out of the equation, and all I have to do is show up and do the work. The plans Chris creates are constantly progressing and pushing me to get better each week, and in all honesty, I feel that the price point is actually great value for money if you compare it to some other online PT’s out there. Especially if you throw in the outdoor days you get with it.
If you are on the fence and can’t decide, don’t take my word for it; give him a call and talk things through with him (he won’t hard sell you). After getting to know him, I feel like he would tell you if he wasn’t right for you and there was a better PT specifically tailored to you who might suit you better. THAT SAID… if you want to start progressing again and actually enjoying the gym, I can’t recommend him enough.
